Turn in the following items:-2 Sacred ring-1 Star staff-50 Star points.5. Say "Star" again to the Mage NPCUnderstood the Moon-------------------------Prerequisites:-Mastered the Stars-60x Blessed by the Stars-High Karma; try around lvl 15 or maybe even 25.1. Go to the Mage NPC at Buya (126, 34) and say "Moon."2. Enter Sute Jail at Buya (104, 23) and kill 25 Li. If you do not know how to get into Sute's Jail, click "here."3. Collect 2 Sute keys before you leave.4. Say "Moon" again to the Mage NPC.5.
